Their set design for "The Haunted Hotel" room was amazing. I would have expected no less, since the room was built by the renowned designers of "Sleep No More". This location does not have an elevator available. You will have to climb four flights of stairs. From the beginning of the experience of the "greet" (I don't want to give it away), to the start of the game. You are fully immersed in a haunted hotel. The hint system was also very well designed along with the sound system. The whole experience is catered towards a private group booking, so you can attend with as little as two people or more. For this room, I would suggest no less than four people as we had five and was able to escape with a few minutes remaining. All the props and clues were also extremely theme-driven. We did get a little startled a couple times so keep in mind that the "scare" factor is definitely there. We highly recommend that you try this room if you are in the NYC-area. We are definitely excited to go back to try their other rooms sometime soon.
