The owners of this place also built all of their rooms on their own. There's no elevator at this particular location (Hempstead). You will have to climb up 2 flights of stairs. They have two parking lots available for their customers. The waiting area has a bunch of chairs but not much decor. There's definitely a scare factor incorporated into the "Killer Feature PG-13" room's design and sound effects. Please note that this is a dark room and you will start the room handcuffed and blindfolded.  The beginning was definitely more difficult with two people so I think four would be ideal for this room. There's definitely a few red herrings in there so try to concentrate on the storyline which they definitely follow until the end. There was one piece of equipment in the room that we had difficulty with as it wasn't very clear on how to operate it. Overall, we did enjoy our first scary room.
