📖 THE STORY

Our boss Johnny is in a Route 66 Cross Country Race. He just called the diner to let us know that he had left his lucky dice in the diner and he needed it to win the race. Will we get it to him in time?

🎯 HIT THE BULLSEYE

  • The décor of the diner was spot on. From the details on the leather seats and diner tables to the retro soda machine and jukebox, everything feels authentic.

  • We love it when escape room companies also take into consideration of the floors and ceilings when they design the room and this room was the complete package.

  • Puzzles were on point with the theme of the room and very enjoyable to solve.

  • Everything was used in the room and there were no red herrings.

  • The thought process of one puzzle leading to another was very smooth. Although most of the gameplay felt linear, there were a few puzzles that can be worked on simultaneous at the beginning.

🧩 MISSED THE MARK

  • Always looking for that one hidden element of “surprise” in an escape room. Not sure if there’s any “room” for an extension but really looking forward to a “part 2”.

  • Currently there are a few décor pieces that we think can also add a bit more flavor to the diner. During our interview with the owner, they stated that it’s already in the works.

  • There is a small fix needed for some props that may hinder a bit of time during game play if they get lost, but hopefully the owners will figure out a concept that'll fix this issue.

  • Perhaps as enthusiasts, we were hoping that the last piece to solve the ending was actually going to be another puzzle instead of a finale. We were hoping for a little more of a “wow” moment.

🏹 TAKE A SHOT?

This room was a lot of fun. We love it so much that we would go back and play it again. The puzzles were not difficult, but they were a lot of fun. This room is great for kids and family to tackle together. The room can comfortably fit a large group, but our recommendation is 4 people for the number of puzzles in the room (although 2 ppl can make it a fun date night for sure). Foodies, please do consider going in on a full stomach or you might be stuck in the diner forever...
