📖 THE STORY

In the 1930's, world renowned explorer Archibald Tucker was one of the best! Not only were his explorations legendary, but he documented every adventure along the way. Archibald's last discovery was an abandoned temple in The Lost City where he unearthed a secret treasure! Sadly, the temple door slammed shut, trapping him inside until this day!! With his journal, can you locate the treasure and escape the temple before it's too late?

🎯 HIT THE BULLSEYE

  • The temple vibe in "Lost City" was clearly portrayed by the Mayan symbols, tree vines and accent lighting throughout the room.

  • There were some cool tech gadgets added in the room that made us feel like we found secret triggers inside the temple. The placement of the reveals were great as it was easily spotted by our team.

  • The puzzle flow was nice. We kept going without needing hints. All the clues were very clear.

🧩 MISSED THE MARK

  • The exit could be done in an immersive way rather then entering a code as it doesn't really fit the Mayan theme.

  • Certain locks felt not in line with the time period. It was too high tech to be in an ancient temple.

  • One trigger was really sensitive. We didn't solve the puzzle but the box popped open on its own.

🏹 TAKE A SHOT?

I love temple themed escape rooms as they always provide that mystery feeling. This room definitely gave that vibe right when we entered. Everyone was hidden until you peel the secrets away. This room is great for newbies as the puzzles were not too difficult but still need the players to connect the dots with the items that they discovered. If you are into exploration and puzzle hunts, then definitely give this room a try!
