📖 THE STORY

We have been sent down to a bunker under The Towers in Narragansett. There’s a bomb that’s been left there by Ewan Watarmy and he hasn’t been able to be reached for days so this is our time to infiltrate his bunker and defuse the bomb before it sets off!

🎯 HIT THE BULLSEYE

  • We love it when escape rooms try to incorporate local history into the storyline for their rooms. The Towers is a historical structure and the only remnant of the Narragansett Pier Casino built in the 1880's. It looks like a great place to visit for a photo op after the game.

  • Even though the room didn’t have much high tech, the basic locks and keys were satisfying to solve with the different types of puzzles as it also fit the bunker storyline.

🧩 MISSED THE MARK

  • The white walls and bright light in the room didn’t feel much like a bunker. Perhaps dimming the lighting and wall papering/painting the wall could help with adding a bit more immersion to the room's set design.

  • Some upkeep may be needed as some clue papers were faded or missing some corners. We had a hard time reading one of the clues.

  • There was a time when a clue paper came in for a puzzle we already solved which we found confusing.

  • We didn’t feel any surprising element in the room since most of it was visible right when you walked in. This could be challenging due to the room size but it would be great if the final puzzle could be somewhere less expected where it could create a more surprising element when it's revealed.

🏹 TAKE A SHOT?

If you are a good searcher, you’ll enjoy this room. Due to the size of the room, our recommended team size is 2-3 people. Other than searching, most of the puzzles felt linear so your group would probably be divided with searchers and puzzle solvers.

🔎 HINT

One of them may look like the others but it’s not.
