📖 THE STORY

Thirty years ago, there was a nationwide uproar when a series of kidnappings paralyzed society. The ruthless cruelty of the bandits who abused the kidnapped knew no bounds. The rule was simple, the family had to pay the ransom or never see their tortured family members again. Unfortunately, when the police tracked down the hideout, the kidnappers managed to escape with the cash. It's been 30 years since these events, and just when everyone has forgotten, information has surfaced online that some of the money from their criminal activities is hidden in a family cottage somewhere outside the city. The big unknown, however, is whether the kidnappers are still alive . It may be worth the risk and find the money. Do you dare?

🎯 HIT THE BULLSEYE

  • Very interesting way to give all the info about the upcoming game. Before the Room you will receive sms with all the necessary info about your future adventure and I’d like to say that this sms is written in a very mysterious way, so you can get excited.

  • You will not face any game masters or some other stuff before the game. All the rules are written on the paper and you just sign it and start the story. It is a good idea because it is much easier to get into the game without long-lasting list of rules and restrictions.

  • The game takes place in the single construction works and looks real and frightening, especially in the dark.

  • A lot of interesting puzzles.

  • Option to play with an actor. If you are 16+ you can choose to play the game with an actor. This option is available only on weekends.

🧩 MISSED THE MARK

  • Having an actor is not always a good idea. The story and everything plays wonderfully before the first appearance of the actor. We anticipated an evil guy but got a person who just chatted with us and helped to solve puzzles. It’s a bit frustrating because according to the story we came to rob the house and the owner was supposed to stop us.

  • Story is confusing. From the description it seemed to us that we had to find the money, and it is one of the main goals in the game, but, unfortunately, during your play you will hardly hear about them.

  • Be careful with self-tapping screws. You can hurt yourself while interacting with some decorations.

  • Time killers puzzles. We mean those sorts of puzzles when you have already got the solution but you have to apply it. And it takes a lot of time.

  • Lack of safe deposit box rules. Sometimes it is not obvious how to open a safe if you even know the right code combination. In some cases you have to press something like “#” or “*” before entering the right code and it can be 3 or 4 numbers in combination. So it would be nice to have opening pattern, for example: #****#.

🏹 TAKE A SHOT?

In our humble opinion it is better to play this game without an actor because he only ruins the mysterious atmosphere and raises questions. Who is he? Why is he helping us? Why do you have to listen to him? For those who have never played escape rooms with an actor it can be fun, but for more experienced players it is absolutely unnecessary. This escape room will be good for inexperienced players and those who like mysterious atmospheres and puzzles.

ℹ️  ADDITIONAL INFO

  • Street parking

  • Storage bins available in lobby

  • Buzz for entrance only when it's your booking time

  • The game is located in a detached house. It can be a bit cold during autumn and winter
