📖 THE STORY

Something happened to our spaceship and it went off course! We needed to guide ourselves back to the charted territory and bring our crew back to safety!

🎯 HIT THE BULLSEYE

• The set design created not only a spaceship vibe but also the illusion of you actually traveling through the galaxies. The 3D-like glass did a great job with the visuals on the depth of the galaxy.

• It’s nice to see that they were able to utilize the control station of the spaceship to the fullest when it comes to incorporating puzzles within.

• We have seen a couple ways on how the “entrance” is utilized now in a few escape rooms for “transportation”, but it’s still fairly new to the general public to experience this cool design.

• The assigned tasks of shutting down mechanics, maneuvering the ship, and creating the right path were closely tied in with the puzzle design. Amazing Escape Room definitely stepped up its game for this room from their previous puzzle designs.
  

🧩 MISSED THE MARK

• This is the first time we have seen this puzzle in an escape room. The deductive reasoning almost felt like a “by chance of luck” experience. I can see teams viewing this as a “time killer” type of puzzle. I felt fairly lucky as I got it on the first try but the game master informed us that most of the time it takes people about 20 minutes on it.

• There were these authentic looking props that moved when you touched them it was a bit disappointing to learn that it’s just decoration. This is just a personal minor touch we felt could’ve been incorporated in the design of puzzle.

• The game master had to come into the room for this game as well as one of the keys were stuck and couldn’t eject even though a right code was punched in.
  

🏹 TAKE A SHOT?

If you want a challenge and have played some escape rooms before, give this room a try. There’s no clear directions or hints as to how you would potentially start the game. So our advice is to use hints early as there’s more to the first appearance than meets the eye.
