🎯 HIT THE BULLSEYE

  • The puzzles in this escape room stayed on theme most of the time and flowed well enough that our team of experienced enthusiasts were able to complete the room with ease. Although the puzzles are not easy, they are fun and engaging, providing just the right amount of challenge to keep players invested.

  • One of the standout aspects of this game is how it strikes a perfect balance between challenge and enjoyment. The game does a good job not taking itself too seriously, which allows players to relax, enjoy the immersive atmosphere, and fully engage in the world that Lock Clock and Peril have created.

🧩 MISSED THE MARK

  • One of the puzzles in the latter half of the game had the potential to be an absolute roadblock. This particular puzzle requires players to think outside the box, and compared to the rest of the game, it didn’t feel very in place. While the majority of the puzzles flowed well and were consistent with the theme, this one stood out as an anomaly. It disrupted the overall rhythm and could potentially frustrate players, hindering their progress.

🏹 TAKE A SHOT?

"Undercover Agents" is a fairly standard Gen-1 escape room. The puzzles generally support the storyline effectively, and most of the time, they are enjoyable and satisfying to complete. However, there were one or two puzzles that disrupted the otherwise smooth logic flow. Despite these minor hiccups, the experience was predominantly positive.

As a team of six experienced enthusiasts, we managed to demolish the escape time and completed the room in just over 20 minutes. This quick completion doesn't imply that there isn't a full hour's worth of engaging activities within the room. The design is such that it offers a rich experience filled with intriguing challenges and immersive elements that keep players thoroughly entertained.

"Undercover Agents" offers a fun and captivating theme, making it a delightful escape room adventure. Whether you're a seasoned enthusiast or new to escape rooms, this game is worth a play for its engaging puzzles and enjoyable storyline. The room strikes a good balance between challenge and entertainment, providing an hour of fun-filled mystery-solving.
