We were sent into Mad Genius Escapes (Edith Humphrey's company) to investigate who she truly was. She lives with 24 cats and looks pretty young for being 97 years old. What is going on?

The adventure started out with a video intro followed by us login into a portal. This was when we were all surprised by the format of the game. We will not leave any spoilers but it was really entertaining and a great way to team build. We've seen this being used on other digital games before but it was not as smooth as this interface. This was also the first time we saw 4 people being able to operate in the interface together. My favorite part of the game was our interaction with the actor. The interactive puzzles blended with hilarious live actor moments made this game delightful to play.

This game felt like an audio escape, digital escape and a bit of remote escape game hybrid (although you're not in a physical escape room setting, there is a live actor interacting with you during the game). It's truly one of its kind. We haven't seen anything like it on the market. You should definitely check out this game, especially when you are able to meet the "real" Edith at the end!
