📖 THE STORY
The great magician "Mystere" was performing his famous vanishing act when he actually vanished! You were hired to investigate his place to find any clues that would lead to his disappearance. Perhaps you might be able to perform a magic trick of your own to bring him back?

🎯 HIT THE BULLSEYE
The intro was quite unique. It was relevant to the timeline and made us feel like the story was told from memory.
The sounds were accompanied by special effects and even though the magician was not in the room, it felt like someone else was still in there performing magic.
The lights in this room not only added ambiance to the story but also acted as a guide for the players to know what puzzles or items they should focus on.
the designers definitely had magic in their minds when implementing the props and decor in this room.
🧩 MISSED THE MARK
There was a puzzle that didn't really make sense to us even after the GM explained it afterward. Although from a magic standpoint, the creator was trying to make the player perform a trick, but logically we didn't understand it.
A color puzzle towards the end was difficult to see under the dimly lit light.
There wasn't really much of an ending. We were not sure if we bought back the magician or how we got back to the real world.
🏹 TAKE A SHOT?
This room had a much better flow in terms of puzzles (perhaps because all the tech was working) than "The Pearl Room". The overall ambiance was also more "magical". If you have time to just do one room out of the two, we would recommend giving this one a try. It's more theatrical and can be enjoyed by adults and kids. We hope to see more escape rooms pop up as entertainment options on cruises. But for now, if you're ever on the beautiful NCL Prima, definitely check out this space!
ℹ️ ADDITIONAL INFO
Located inside the Galaxy Pavilion on Deck 17
Dimly lit Room
You will likely be paired with strangers unless you have a big group to book a private session
On sea days, the ship could be quite rocky (a player felt nauseous towards the end of the game so make sure you're fit to run around during these conditions)
