You find out that your dear friend is missing in a jungle. So, now you must go to the dangerous jungle to save them. Upon your arrival, you find some weird clues that your friend left behind. Can you solve all the puzzles that they left for you and return safely?

"Jungle Escape" is the online version of their in-person escape room without a live host. They use Telescape as the game platform. You receive the link to the game and then you can access the website. It includes the communication tools, an inventory, and hints for the puzzles (although we used our own communication platform). Unlike their in-person game, the online version does not have a 60-minute time limit. You have 72 hours to complete your game.
I thought the introductory video was a great way to teach us how to play their online game without a host, especially for beginners. I loved that they chose a Telescape platform. Each member could freely search the room and try puzzles individually just like playing an in-person game. The inventory system was very easy to handle. I did not feel any stress at all playing this game online.

I loved that there were so many puzzles to solve. The puzzles were fun and perfectly related to the jungle theme. I also enjoyed playing it relaxedly since there was no time limit (well...72 hours). Most of the puzzles were not overly complicated, however the connections among some puzzles, the clues, and the locks were a little unclear and confusing. Although I loved that the jungle was vibrant with many tropical colors and creatures, sorting information was challenging because similar colors and animals were used in several puzzles. We had to try putting answers in to a few locks randomly. I believe it would be nicer if each component tied together a little bit clearer. Even though some components might be misleading a bit, hints were helpful. The décor in the room I saw on the screen was satisfying. I felt the tropical environment by looking at the screen (except when I saw an air conditioner in the room). Just for this online version, it might have been better to hide the air conditioner from the picture since the theme was about a jungle. Although a few tiny details were a little bit off for me, the game experience was positive and fun because there were plenty of puzzles for us to enjoy in this mysterious jungle. The web system made it very smooth to play. I actually loved that sound effect of unlocking the key. That made me feel as if I was playing the actual escape room.

"Jungle Escape" was a fun online escape room with many puzzles. This game is for friends and family who want to spend time together, solve puzzles, and have fun with an essence of an adventure from your home. Although the game does not have a host, this online game system is very easy to handle. So, why don’t you gather your friends and head to the mysterious jungle through your computer screen?
