There's a secret organization that's been developing deadly weapons in the North and South pole area. Your mission is to infiltrate these stations and stop them from completing those terrifying weapons! Just when you thought everything was going so well, the alarm started to go off. Now you and your partner must work together to decode the security protocol in order to make it out alive!

Our game came with 2 envelopes both marked with the word "Confidential". If you like to play this game the proper way, you would want to set up a video conferencing call with your teammate. This game utilizes the functionalities of turning on/off various options such as video, audio and chat functions on the video conferencing device for specific puzzles.

Since we lived in the same household, we decided to play this game face to face sitting on opposite ends of a table. When we needed to "chat", we just wrote on our notebook and passed it to each other. When camera had to be turned off, we just turned our faces away from each other. When mic was supposed to be turned off, we just didn't speak to each other. This also worked out fine as an alternative incase you want to play it more like a tabletop game.

There are 4 smaller envelopes in each of the 2 big envelopes. As you read through the instructions, you'll know which envelope to open first. One you begin to solve the puzzles, more clues will reveal on which envelope to open next. Besides the paper clues, you'll also need a QR scanner so you can open the chatbot portal on their website. Some clues and answer inputs will be operated on there.

One of our favorite parts about this game is the skit between the two players. In each of the envelopes, before we started on the puzzles, each player has to take turns reading dialogues with each other. You never know what the other player would say next. Some correspondences were hilarious.

The puzzles were not really the typical logic or deduction puzzles that you will see in an escape room or subscription puzzle game but more like things you'll find in Taboo, Pictionary, Spot The Differences, Telephone, Charades etc. It really stresses the importance of teamwork and communication. Think of it as a mega board game mesh up! We were able to fly through some of the challenges and took some time on others. Describing some of the items without being allow to see each other was pretty challenging.

This game was very unique. We've seen companies that have incorporated drawing or acting into their games before but not to this extent. Narrative has always been a strong suit for Real Escape Game by SCRAP and they definitely bought it out in this game as well. Since the current situation might not allow players who normally would come together to play games IRL with each other, this game is a great alternative to plan a board game night over the internet!
