📖 THE STORY
Madam Mendelevium is an evil chemist who plans to spread her deadly airborne chemical weapon using the machine known as The Chaos Engine. This machine was invented by an electro-mechanical genius, Professor Aleck Trik Schpark. As a detective from Scotland Yard, you must decipher the clues left by the professor and stop The Chaos Engine before it is too late.
🎯 HIT THE BULLSEYE
Before we played the game, we watched the opening video. It was exciting to watch the cartoon video about the game. It set a nice tone before we entered the room.
This room was more spacious than the other rooms we played in. The game's structure was straightforward, and I appreciated the decor's attention to detail in each room.
In this game, we solved different types of puzzles, searching for items or physical challenges. Most puzzles were straightforward, but some had unique twists. They were enjoyable to solve.
The game master was friendly and helpful. He kindly assisted us with the puzzles that we had difficulty solving.
🧩 MISSED THE MARK
The game had fun puzzles with a nice twist and was easy to play. Yet, I felt it was a little one-note from the beginning to the end. I wish it had a little bit more of a surprise factor.
