We had such a magical experience with Hilda at her beautiful forest. I still "dream" about it till this day. When Hilda was first introduced on the camera screen, I fell in love with her character right away. Once she began to show us her home, i fell in love with the set design. As we continued our adventure, I fell more and more in love with the whole story line.

When we think of witches, evil is what normally comes to mind. Hilda was definitely not that. She was kind, caring and truly loved her forest. The story began with Hilda discovering that a trickster came into the forest and decided to put a lot of pranks in her beloved home. As she was trying to "heal" the forest from the damages, the spirits in the forest helped her figure out who was behind these evil doings. It seemed like a human was the culprit and now she's going to plan her revenge.

When we got the invite to play this room, we were wondering if the promo photo was what the room was really going to look like. I can confirm to you all that what you see is what you'll get! The puzzles weren't too difficult but they were closely tied with the theme of the room. The inventory portal contained photos and videos that were all high in quality. Every time you entered a password, a spirit would give you a "vision" (headphones recommended). This definitely added the level of immersion. We did have some players that had issues with logging in to some pages on the portal but but at the end, it did not affect our play. Hilda's character also made this game memorable. Her comebacks were witty and humorous. She kept us entertained the entire time. We used so many different expressions in this game that we probably lost count. Some sounds and expressions we've made throughout the game were: "wow", "huh", "ahh", "did that just happen?", "sooo cute!", "wait a minute...", "take one for the team!" etc. A final component we loved about this game was the way the story was able to incorporate different scenarios through a "lucky" roll of a dice and you never know what you'll get...

This remote escape game felt like a full production on Broadway. From the set design to avatar's character to inventory system to player's involvement, it was the complete package. It's safe to say this was one of our favorite remote experiences. When you visit Hilda at her magic forest, let us know how "lucky" you got with your ending. We had a "JAWS" dropping moment...

*** This game can no longer be booked as a remote game but can still be booked as an in-person experience ***
