London needs our help! It seems like the people in the city have developed a mysterious illness where green rashes are spreading on their bodies at an alarming rate. Currently there are no cure but one day our colleague's family member contacted us and informed us that her brother has been MIA for awhile now. Perhaps he found a cure? We hope to find something useful at his home...

The game started with a nice intro story from our avatar Dawn. She explained that we needed to rescue her brother who she believed to have contracted the virus. Dawn was appropriately dressed like she was from the 1800s. She was in character from the beginning. As we entered into what seemed to be a beautiful Victorian styled living room, we started our search immediately. A 360 view of the room was provided on a separate link. This was very helpful when it came to navigating the room. Don't be fooled by the space of the first area, you'll have plenty to do. Since you will not be able to zoom in to certain locations on the 360 view, you'll still need to rely on the avatar to show you some close ups. The clues does require a bit of "search and find" so definitely have your avatar do a thorough sweep of the room. Dawn did a great job at giving us some subtle "camera hints". She also was great at explaining the story line as she was discovering items in the room. This helped us connect all the dots together and made the ending very clear. The puzzles were mostly linear so we had to do them together one by one as a group. We still had about 5 minutes left on the clock when we escaped.

This was definitely one of our favorite set design rooms in the remote escape room category. It had a nice transition moment and all the props fit nicely with the theme. We had a lot of fun interacting with Dawn and perhaps with our suggestion, you may even get a more surprising ending when you play! The story line fit quite well with what's going on in the world right now. It felt nice to be able to save Dawn's brother at the end and we hope that the world will be able to find the cure to this pandemic soon. But for now at least we can all be heroes in the virtual world!
