As we put on our pirate's hats and eye patches, prepared our "Caribbean Cosmo" and said "Arrr" to our parrots, we were ready to sail into the high seas to search for Blackbeard's Treasure. Ok....we didn't actually had time to do all of that prep work but if you wanted to play in character, you'll receive a printable PDF attachment after you purchase the game with all the items mentioned.

This digital game was quite rare amongst hundreds of digital games we've played as it's fully interactive. We've played many games where if we had a puzzle that we had to be pieced together, we'll need to print the items out. In this game, you'll be able to move jigsaw pieces around and once you assemble the right picture, you'll be allowed to go to the next puzzle. It's quite similar to a point-n-click game in some cases. You'll encounter various types of puzzles from trivia to crosswords to ciphers. Most puzzles will probably not be consider difficult for experienced players. We do love the colorful graphics as this could easily be a game that's fun for kids. If you get stuck, there are hints available throughout the game. Although there are no limits to the amount of players, certain puzzles were really meant for one player. As Brandon was maneuvering the puzzle pieces, I wasn't really able to contribute much and had to wait till he finish the puzzle. Although when it came to decoding ciphers, team work definitely saved a good amount of time. It would've been great if the game could be placed in a portal where multiple players could sign in through one portal so they could work on the interactive puzzles together.

If you are a pirate fan, you'll actually learn some history and knowledge on piracy from the game. Should you join this quest for Blackbeard's Treasure? I'll say "Aye!"
