📖 THE STORY

After being drafted into war and seeing humankind at its worst, a magician has gone home after many long years on the battlefield. Locking himself away from the world, people say that he either went mad or sold his soul to the devil. One day, he disappears and leaves a note to his friend revealing that he has hidden a clock in his house and when the time counts down, humanity will disappear and time will return to the beginning. Will you be able to get to the clock in time?

🎯 HIT THE BULLSEYE

  • The room used the space well. It was not a large area, but it seemed bigger than it actually was when we were going through the room.

  • A lot of the props were beautifully wood cut. Some of the props and gadgets were really creative and fun to solve.

  • There were some nice surprises in the game and the story. There were a few times there were some “fake outs” in where we thought something was going to react a certain way but did something complete different.

  • As per the theme, there were a lot of clocks and a lot of clock/time-themed puzzles, all of which were really cool to check out and were relative to the storyline.

  • There were some great tech and non-tech puzzles alike. There were a few that we weren't sure if they were even tech puzzles or simply some creative ways to get things to work without any electronics.

🧩 MISSED THE MARK

  • The hints were offered on a television screen near the entrance of the game. When we were in the final room, it did take some effort if we wanted a hint to go back (some crawling was involved) to the beginning to push the hint button, read the screen and then head back to the final room.

🏹 TAKE A SHOT?

We found this escape room location very close to where we were staying, just off the trendy

Latin Quarter. There were some wood cut props in the room that made for a fun experience. We were also impressed with some of the puzzles because we thought they were tech puzzles

but afterwards, it seemed to be just simple gears and non-electric mechanisms in the

background. We played with 2 experienced players but there were some tricky puzzles in there. One tip we would offer is to make sure to examine things closely and check all the details. A fun escape room to play if you are in the area which is also very close to some bars and restaurants.
